It really does vary person to person and as life changes (people move, stay home more, travel less) your filter changing schedule can vary too.

We made this infographic that we hope will help you out. And remember, a newer filter is always more effective than an older. Each filter is tested to remove contaminants at the same percentage for up to a certain amount of gallons. After that, it will still filter out contaminants but at a lower percentage rate.
