I purchased a dispenser last December and discovered I had ordered the wrong product when it arrived. When I checked to see if I could change my order for replacement filters to the Nano not only did Epic make that change, customer service also immediately sent me the correct filter (at no additional charge). I am on a well and have my water tested every few years. While I was assured my water was free of harmful bacteria, if I used a water bottle for a few days without cleaning it daily I would always have a black residue in the bottle. Since I started using a Nano filter this has not been a problem. I'm more comfortable that even bacteria, etc. that isn't tested for has been removed before I drink the water and the taste is exceptional. While not cheap, being proactive about my health makes it well worth the money. If I had a complaint it would be the frequency I have to refill the dispenser (I drink a lot of water.)
