Cool Whip is an ultra processed dessert topping made with hydrogenated oils, corn syrups, and emulsifiers. An occasional spoonful is not going to harm you, but it offers no nutrition, and real whipped cream has a much shorter ingredient list.

The Cirkul bottle itself is fine, and it genuinely helps some people drink more water. The health questions are about the flavor cartridges, which are sweetened with sucralose and rely on additives. Plain filtered water gives you the same hydration without them.
