Patents
Patented
by design.
Two Epic designs are protected by U.S. design patents: the XP filter housing inside every Pure XP and Nano XP product, and our bottle filter. Here’s every product they cover.

Two designs.
Every angle.
A design patent protects how a product looks. These are the official drawings from both patents. Tap any view to enlarge it.
Broken lines in the drawings show surrounding parts for context. They are not part of the claimed design.
Inside every
patented product.
Each product below includes a patented Epic design. The patent that covers it is on its card.
XP filter housing

Glass Dispenser
Pure XP and Nano XP replacement cartridges sold on their own don’t include the housing and aren’t covered by D1,153,559.
Bottle filter

Keep the housing.
Swap the cartridge.
The housing is the part you keep. Each refill replaces only the CoreXchange™ cartridge inside, so there’s less plastic to throw away.
Lift out the filter. Open the housing.
Swap the cartridge. Drop in a fresh CoreXchange™ cartridge.
Close it up. Same housing, fresh filter, less waste.
