Log in

Open your Epic Water Filters customer account.

Choose Subscriptions

Select Subscriptions in your account, then open the subscription portal.

Select Manage

Find the subscription you want to change and choose Manage.

Choose Cancel

Select Cancel and follow the confirmation prompts.
