      Great water taste

      It is a good replacement but it should arrive with a straw. Not available anyplace according to customer service. Ain’t that good CS! Not. And the sticker never arrived. Epic does not respond to emails with integrity. They say something is enroute to me and it does not show up. The water taste from the filter keeps me here.

      Great

      My daughter decided to naw on my rubber part on the cap. So I reached out to customer service and they replaced it. amazing. Did take a lil long to ship out and arrive . But it was great. Until I dropped my Nalgene bottle that day and it cracked. I wanted to cry. Time to buy a new one I guess. Love this product. Always recommend it to everyone
