Third-party verification and certification, extremely long filter life, easy damage-free installation, and unbelievable list of filtered contaminants; not to mention that the result is perfectly tasteless water. I liked mine so much that I convinced my sister to get one for herself! As far as I can tell, there is no other product quite like this on the market. Stop wasting money on filters that probably don't even actually remove what little they claim to remove and have to be replaced once every 1-3 months. Just buy it.

Does what it should and beats out ALL other filters! No nasty chlorine smell or taste. If I wanted that, I would go drink some water out of our pool. That sounds crazy, but that is what tap water drinkers are doing. Do yourself a favor and get an Epic Nano filter.

I work as an EMT and most in this field know between the uniforms, weak AC in most bases and trucks, as well as the hot environments we work in; hydration is essential. Honestly I couldn't rely on getting a chance to run into a gas station for a drink and frankly if I did there was a real chance I was going to grab something counter productive like a soda, coffee, or energy drink instead. Now I can get water for essentially any tap and I have fresh tasting water, put it in my lunch box and it's pretty cold to. I've certainly been drinking my needed water now and at the gym it's great because otherwise that water also tastes off. Even bought one for my girlfriend who has loved it and my father for father's day as well as the outdoor filter as he is a bit of a preper and outdoorsman. To add to it not only does the water taste great but the bottle itself is strong as I've lost count of the tines I've dropped it in ridiculous ways and still had nothing but a scrape or scratch like it was nothing.

After the 2nd kitchen flood due to a failed aquasana under counter filter system in 4 years it was time to find a replacement. The ease of installation and the product design gave me confidence that we would have a better chance with the epic system. Everything worked out so far to our satisfaction and with great surprise we found the water pressure to be significantly higher without compromising the water taste even though the epic system uses only a single level filtering system.

The water filter was very easy to install. It was a bit taller than the old Brita filters I had previously but fit nicely under the sink nonetheless. I ordered the filter without the external faucet and was able to connect it to my currently existing external faucet without issues (I wondered about that prior to purchasing but it worked great). Water tastes fine and the pressure is normal. So far, nothing bad to say about it.

We are on well water and I was buying 7 gallons of water a week for cooking and drinking. This is a very affordable alternative without generating the extra plastic waste. With all the recycle service cuts this just makes sense. Plus the water tastes great. Tip: I use an extra pitcher for storing.

Only thing that’s needs to be a little clearer when ordering is the fact that you sell two different pitchers, one for tap water and one for well water. That was not readily understood by me. Maybe a more detailed description could be added. I sent an email, however, regarding the difference between the two, and very quickly received a response. Wasn't sure what the end product would be after filtering out all the bad, maybe that is what makes it taste good to me. It took me years to figure out there are many different taste to water. Started using Epic water filter. I like what I don’t see, smell, or taste from this water filter. It takes out the things you don’t want, but leaves in the things you do want(calcium, magnesium). I also enjoy the quantity of water this filter water...pay more up front, but save more over time. I hope this will be a long relationship with Epic.

I purchased the Epic Pure Water Filter Pitcher & the Eco-Tritan Water Filter Bottle. I LOVE both products. The water tastes fresh, and the overall quality of both the bottle and pitcher is excellent! I stayed away from drinking my tap water for years because of how high PFC's (PFOA & PFOS) were reported to be within it, and because I could not find a trusted brand of water filters that actually tested to see the effectiveness of their products in removing PFC's. Because of this, I lived off of bottled water until recently when I heard about Epic. I was so impressed with what their filters do and the quality of testing that they put into their products (I LOVED that in addition to my order they also sent me results of the testing done on their filters for the removal of various chemicals/pollutants in water). I am impressed with the ease of install and the results. Noticed the difference on my first glass of water. I had to install at an angle as 20-23 inches is real high under a farmhouse sink. I wish they offered a different version for these tight sinks, but will recommend to other as long as I don’t have issues.

I recently purchased a replacement Nano Filter for the water pitcher. I was impressed with the speed of shipping given the circumstances faced in 2020. Epic Water Filters provides the invaluable service of keeping our drinking water clean, something everyone should be concerned about given our collective lack of accountability and willingness to so readily discard and consume in the endless cycle of a throw away culture. These days, it is easy to get overwhelmed by numerous products and reviews for things we are interested in purchasing.  Under sink water filters are no different.  When I stumbled upon the epic water filter as I did my research, it became evident that this company was worth purchasing from and I gave their filters a try.  Prior to making my purchase, I tested my water coming from my tap using a home test kit, and discovered I may have lead and some other undesirables.  I also have been noticing a “bitter” taste to my water over the past year.  Now that I have installed and purchased the under sink filter and the universal refrigerator filter, I no longer worry about what’s in my water and it definitely tastes better.  I will continue testing my water in the future and have no regrets with my purchases.  Customer service has also been helpful and quick to respond.

Product is as advertised. Very easy install, NSF documents come with unit, taste of water changed immediately. We like it because there was no additional hole required in counter top. This filter locates in-line of your existing cold water line. There is a decrease in water pressure, but only when using ALL cold water which is expected. Without the test of what is actually being filtered, i would say a great product!!
