WANT TO RECYCLE YOUR FILTERS AND GET REWARDED FOR IT?

1. SAVE YOUR FILTERS. Save 5 Pitcher filters or 5 Bottle filter cartridges. OR save 3 of any of the same Smart Shield filters (Under Sink or Sediment).

2. EMAIL US FIRST — please don't ship yet. Email support@epicwaterfilters.com (or tap the chat bubble) and tell us: which filter you're recycling, your Epic order number(s), how many you're sending and which type, your shipping address, and which free filter you'd like. We'll confirm you qualify, reserve your free replacement, and send you a Recycling Reference Number (it looks like EP-R-12345) plus the mailing address.

3. MAIL YOUR FILTERS. Write your Recycling Reference Number on the box, and include only unwrapped & unboxed filters. (Please don't include any extraneous packaging — bubble wrap, filter boxes/bags, packing peanuts, etc.)

Get a free filter as your REWARD! As soon as your box arrives, we recycle your filters and release your free replacement right away.

OLD FILTERS, NEW PURPOSE

Thanks to our community, over 7,000 pounds of used Epic filters have been recycled, repurposed, and diverted from landfills. We believe sustainability doesn’t stop at clean water. That’s why we’re committed to giving every filter a second life, reducing waste, and rethinking what “used” really means.
