Product Care
The pitcher & reservoir are dishwasher safe but we always recommend that you hand wash all components with mild dish soap and warm water. The Nano Filter is not dishwasher safe. Never use soap on the filter itself. For cleaning the outside of the filter, we recommend just using warm water and a brush.
Best way to care for you Nano Pitcher: Put the Nano pitcher & reservoir (not the lid because of timer), in a sink filled with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap and let it soak. If you’d prefer, you can also put the warm water and soap in the pitcher to soak for a few minutes. Shake it to distribute the soapy water, rinse really well and let it dry. As long as you use a small amount of a mild soap, there shouldn’t be any soapy taste left in the pitcher. However, if you’d rather skip the soap you can use warm water and lemon or warm water and baking soda to clean the bottle. Let the Nano pitcher, reservoir & lid dry in a dish rack until use. Now go enjoy some Epic Water!

About
The Epic Nano Filter has an average life of around four (4) months. Filter life varies based on your average daily use and the quality of your drinking water. If your tap water is relatively heavily contaminated, your filter must work harder to keep your water clean, which will decrease the life of the filter.

NANO FILTER
Use Instructions: Before use, filter two full pitchers of water to soak the filter media and get the water flow running correctly. The first few full pitchers may run slowly as the new filter is soaking through. After that, it will flow faster. It takes an average time of 7-10 minutes for the water to fully flow through the filter.

The best of the best
You never hear just how bad your drinking water is until you find out you have been being poisoned for years. Then it’s too late. I don’t trust bottled water any more than I trust tap water. When I decided I needed to do something different, I did a lot of research and I feel that the Epic Nanno filtering system is the best choice by far. I also have my grandchildren and great grandchildren drinking Epic water and using the Nano filter.

Happy New Customer
I'm a recently new user and very happy with my Epic Nano Filter.
The white filter came with my unit and was good. When ordering a replacement cartridge, I "upgraded" and ordered the Nano filter. For me, it was a positive enhancement in both the taste/flavor of the water and filtering speed.

Great filter
I love this filter being a combo for tap water and outside water. I just wish it did not decrease the efficacy of the fluoride filtration, but it’s a compromise that is worth it. My two sons were both under boil advisories for a few days after hurricane Helene went through their towns. This filter takes care of that which is great.
