The Pure XP is NSF/ANSI certified to Standard 42 and independently tested against Standards 53, 401, P231, and P473 to remove over 70 contaminants, including PFAS, lead, chlorine, pharmaceuticals, microplastics, bacteria, and viruses, with new microbiological protection included.
With a replaceable inner cartridge, the Pure XP helps reduce plastic waste by up to 75 percent, preventing more than 1,000 single-use plastic bottles from ending up in landfills. It has a 100 gallon filter capacity allowing use for 3-4 months. Use Instructions: Your Epic Nano Water Filter Pitcher comes with our Nano Filter. Before use, filter two full Pitcher of water to soak the filter media and get the water flow running correctly. The first few full Pitcher may run slowly as the new filter is soaking through. After that, it will flow faster. It takes an average time of 10-15 minutes for the water to fully flow through the filter.

Do Not place filter in the freezer

Light Use (Filling up once or twice a day): change filter every 4-6 months

What’s the main difference between the new Pure XP Filter and the old Pure filter?
The Pure XP filter features a completely redesigned media structure for better performance. It offers higher flow rates, improved filtration efficiency, and longer filter life compared to the old Pure filter.
Is the media in the new Pure XP still carbon-based?
Yes, but with a major upgrade. The new Pure XP uses a solid carbon fiber block inner layer and a nanofiber engineered non-woven media with a more open pore structure for better flow, while still maintaining submicron filtration capability.
My filter casing is stuck on the Pure XP
Be sure to have the filter screwed onto the reservoir before attempting to remove the casing. Also, do not pinch or hold where the threads are as this will make it harder to unscrew.
