Install was easy after we got past getting the faucet connection aligned correctly on the plastic adapter. We have well water and had it tested for arsenic, nitrates, and coliform bacteria before we bought the Smart Shield. Those tests came out OK. Water taste is the same (good thing), but now we have some extra "insurance" against other contaminants. Compared Smart Shield against competitors and your product was the best value.

I love how compact the new Smart Shield Max is. I have very limited space under my kitchen sink. It had to be installed close to the garbage disposal. I have not yet changed the filter, but am sure I can handle it. It also ranks high in its effectiveness for all the substances I was concerned about.

My son installed the new Epic Shield. It was easy as we were already using the previous (older) version. The only comment I have is why the switch away from a strong metal bracket to the new plastic version?
Other than that, it works great!
