The initial filter I purchased dropped to almost no water flow within a month. I contacted customer service and they shipped me a new filter for free! Since then, have had 0 problems with it. Absolutely love this product and plan on buying more in the future! Makes a highly noticeable difference in the taste, even in a place like Portland, OR that already has amazing tap water.

We love this filter! We immediately noticed the improved taste of our water. Shortly after installation, our town was put on a boil order for E. coli. We kept on using the water from the filter and nobody got sick! The filter does an excellent job improving the taste of our water and filtering out the things we are concerned about. It is pretty easy to install and to change filters.
We are on our fourth under the kitchen sink filter. They definitely do not last as long as advertised and they do slow the flow of water by about 25%. We usually get 2-3 months out of ours and it is just my wife and I. You can tell when they are getting to the end because you lose a lot of water pressure.
We started using them last summer, so it's been about 9 or 10 months.
