Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is an order that has been paid in full, hasn’t been returned to us and qualifies to earn points. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of your qualifying purchase. If your account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in your account will expire.
Yes. Points are calculated based on the order total (excluding shipping) after the discount is applied.
After you place an order, your points will be in an approval period for 14 days. Whilst in this pending state, your points cannot be used to redeem rewards. However, points earned from other actions, like following us on Instagram, will be rewarded instantly.
You cannot earn points on previous purchases, prior to joining Epic Pure Points. However, if you had a Epic Water Filters account prior to the launch of our rewards program, we have awarded you 500 points to get you started.
