Hey, we love to shop online too, so we completely understand the desire to receive your order as quickly as possible. We make every effort to get your goods to you as quickly as we can and with free shipping.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Be sure to check the address on your order confirmation and let us know if there is something amiss so we can get that squared away for you. When an order leaves our warehouse, we are no longer able to make any address changes. Once your items have been carefully packed and scanned, you will receive an automated email notification with some tracking information. Once your order has been packed, scanned, and picked up, it will take around 2-3 days to get you given there are no postal delays. (Fingers crossed!) Note that if an order contains more than one item, we may ship items individually depending on the size of each item. We will send you tracking for each item in the shipment if we do this!
Sometimes, we use Amazon to fulfill items we do not have in house. Once we push an order to Amazon and it's been packed, it can take a few days before it ships out depending on where you are located. As soon as your package ships, that automated email notification with tracking info will be waiting for your in your email inbox!
