Hey, we love to shop online too, so we completely understand the desire to receive your order as quickly as possible. We make every effort to get your goods to you as quickly as we can and with free shipping for clean water club members.

Read below to learn more about each step of our shipping process!

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days of receiving them. Prior to placing your order, please double-check the shipping address, as we are unable to modify it once the order is placed.

We cannot always promise that an order will leave within 3-5 days. This depends on where our inventory is located among a few other factors.

Shipping Time

Your order will normally take around 7-10 days to arrive given there are no postal delays.

We have seen shipping delays and sometimes an order will take 10-15 business days to arrive. We apologize for any delays, once an order leaves our warehouse we don't have control over how long it takes to get to you.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Note that if an order contains more than one item, we may ship items individually depending on the size of each item. We will send you tracking for each item in the shipment if we do this.

Mail Carriers

We typically use USPS and Amazon to fulfill orders in the US. We aren't always able to accommodate customers if you request a specific mail carrier.

Amazon Fulfillment

Sometimes we use Amazon to fulfill items. Once we push an order to Amazon and it's been packed, it can take a few days before it ships out depending on where you are located. As soon as your package ships, we will send you an automated email with your tracking info!

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on Fridays after 3:00pm MST will ship out the following week. We like to get outside and enjoy time with our families and friends.

International Orders

International orders may take longer to be packed and shipped. Due to the current state of logistics, we are seeing delays in moving inventory around and getting inventory past customs.

We apologize for any delay, we are doing our best as a small team to fulfill orders as quickly as we can.
